    This is a whole boned Serrano ham with the bone, skin and excess fat removed to aid carving. It comes from pure-bred 'Duroc' white-foot pigs in Galicia, and the marbling in the meat means our supplier uses less salt in the curing process, making it not only healthier, but giving the meat a sweeter more mellow flavour. It has been cured for a minimum of 17 months to give a firm texture and a great intensity of flavour. Best used sliced paper-thin with a meat slicer. – 5kg minimum weight.

As with all our sliced meats, do bring the pack up to room temperature before opening so that it is easier to separate the slices – if you can’t wait that long, you can hold the unopened pack under hot water for 10 seconds or so instead. – 100g.
